60 grams shredded or desiccated coconut
32–40 oz water
½ tsp ground turmeric
A pinch of ground cinnamon
A pinch of ground ginger
1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

Directons

Begin by measuring 60 grams of shredded or desiccated coconut and gathering your spices—turmeric, cinnamon, and ginger—as well as your sweetener of choice, such as honey or maple syrup. Pour 32–40 oz of fresh water into the Nut-Milk Maker, then add the shredded coconut along with the spices and sweetener.
Close the lid and select the “Nut Milk” setting from the machine’s pre-programmed options. The Nut-Milk Maker will blend and process the ingredients into a smooth, creamy golden milk.
For an even smoother texture, you can optionally strain the milk through a fine-mesh strainer or nut-milk bag to remove any remaining coconut pulp. Once ready, transfer the golden milk to a clean, airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3–5 days. Shake well before serving and enjoy warm or chilled.
