Ingredients

60 grams dried soybeans
32–40 oz water
1 tsp matcha powder (culinary grade or higher for best results)
1–2 tsp honey, agave syrup, or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

Directons

Start by measuring 60 grams of dried soybeans and rinsing them thoroughly under cool water. Thanks to the Nut-Milk Maker’s heating mechanism, there’s no need to soak the soybeans overnight. Pour 32–40 oz of fresh water into the machine, then add the soybeans, matcha powder, and sweetener if desired.
Close the lid and select the “Soymilk” option from the six pre-programmed settings. The machine will blend and heat the ingredients, transforming them into a smooth and creamy matcha-infused milk.
For an ultra-smooth consistency, you can optionally strain the milk through a nut-milk bag or fine-mesh strainer to remove any remaining pulp. Once prepared, transfer the Matcha Soy Milk to a clean, airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3–5 days. Shake well before serving and enjoy warm or chilled.
